STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


  1. No Cancellations: Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled for any reason. Customers are advised to review their orders carefully before completing the purchase.
  2. No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Every piece is crafted with care, and slight variations may occur, which are considered part of the unique beauty of handcrafted jewelry.
  3. Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue. We will assess the claim and determine the appropriate resolution at our discretion.
  4. Order Accuracy: Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including product selection, shipping address, and payment information, are correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for errors made by the customer during checkout.
  5. All Sales are Final: By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to our no cancellation, no return, and no exchange policy.
  6. Custom Orders: Orders for custom creations are final. Once a custom piece is in production, no modifications, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted.
  7.  Legal Governance: All sales and transactions are governed by the applicable laws of India. By making a purchase, the customer agrees to comply with these terms and submit to the jurisdiction of Indian courts in case of any disputes.
