Returns & Exchanges

  • No returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons and the handmade nature of our products.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A full, unedited video of the package being opened from the start is mandatory for any return request.


Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable for orders that arrive damaged or incorrect.
  • To request a refund, email us

  • A clear, full unboxing video showing the issue
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made jewelry is non-refundable.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once processed and shipped.
